Wooden Terraces

Built for the Mediterranean

Precision-installed wooden terraces that extend your living space into the outdoors. Using IPE hardwood and AITIM-certified treated pine, we create decks that stay cool underfoot, resist Mallorca's salt air, and age beautifully for decades.

The Foundation of Outdoor Living

A terrace is the stage for your outdoor life — morning coffee with the sunrise, barefoot afternoons by the pool, long dinners under the stars. Every board we lay is chosen for how it feels underfoot, how it catches the light, and how it will age through Mallorca's seasons.

Our terraces are built on adjustable-height plots with hidden stainless-steel fixings. Beneath the surface: geotextile membrane to prevent weeds, gravel drainage layer, and precision-levelled substructure. What you see is beautiful. What you don't see is the engineering that keeps it that way.

FAQ

Terrace Questions Answered

Every terrace project is unique. The final investment depends on material selection (IPE hardwood, treated pine, or aluminum), the size and shape, and access conditions. We provide itemized, transparent quotes after a site visit.

Yes. We install on concrete, paving, tile, grass, and soil. For concrete surfaces, we use a low-profile adjustable plot system that preserves drainage and requires no demolition.

We use kiln-dried timber with stable moisture content, proper ventilation gaps between boards, hidden clip fixings that allow natural movement, and precision-installed substructures.

Wood has lower thermal conductivity than composite, stone, or concrete. IPE and treated pine remain comfortable underfoot even in direct August sun. This is a key reason clients choose natural wood over composite.
